Minova RSA offers a wide range of products that compliment the installation and application of their main product range.
Many of Minova’s advanced grouts work best with specialised pumps and other application tools. To ensure that the best performance is achieved, Minova has developed its own key equipment items.
The Spudnik grout pump, is a compact, rugged pump, designed for pumping Capcem pumpable grout. It is powered by compressed air or water and fills rockbolt holes up to about 3 m long in a single stroke.
The spherical shell and shaped internal diaphragm combine high grout volume with a low profile and ability to continue working despite incurring damage that would have destroyed most comparable pumps. It has no valves in contact with the grout, totally eliminating the most common cause of grout pump stoppages.
The internal diaphragm separates the grout chamber from the air supply, ensuring that no air enters the rock bolt hole. In conventional pumps, air can pass through the grout into the hole, where it forms voids which weaken the bolt.
The Spudnik pump, in combination with Capcem grout offers a low-cost, portable solution to high strength pumped grout rock bolt installations.
Minova RSA manufactures and sells the Autorock rigs for effective and safe support hole drilling , both in-stope and development ends. These units are also used to install the appropriate support medium into the support holes. These drill rigs can be fitted with almost any rock drill unit from electric, to compressed air driven, to hydropowered, to electro-hydraulic – all to suit the customer requirements. The height range ofrfered currently offered ranges from heights of 800 mm to 4500 mm. Minova offers a full on-mine service, including servicing of the units and appropriate on-the-job training and instructing.
Turbo Bolters
Minova International manufactures a range of compressed air operated telescopic leg type rotary drilling and bolting machines. These are lightweight, hand-held machines developed for the worldwide mining industry.
The design of the machines makes them readily adaptable to different types of drilling and bolting applications in all types of mining, tunnelling and civil engineering industries.

Packsetter system
Minova also manufactures a non-weeping pack pre-stressing grout and system to allow conventional underground timber or grout packs to be pre-stressed prior to the blast. Bags and pumps compliment this offering to allow for a one-stop shop in offering the complete system.
