Products - Capsule Loaders / Grout Guns

Minova RSA have a wide variety of Capsule Loaders to install capsule grouts and resin capsules into drilled support blasted holes, by means of compressed air.

G1 Capsule Gun - This loader has the outer sliding sleeve design and comprises of a Multi G Breech, Trigger Valve, Safety Gasket and screw in Gazelle Barrel which are available in 25mm, 28mm and 32mm diameters.

Beaver Loader - This loader has the outer sliding sleeve design and comprises of a Multi G Breech, Trigger Valve, Safety Gasket and screw in Gazelle Barrel which are available in 25mm, 28mm and 32mm diameters.

G1 Loader - A rear end loader for use in situations where space is limited, instead of using the traditional barrel, it is supplied with three meters of mining hose, coupled to a one-meter, or, a two-meter lance. This loader shoots cement or resin capsules.

BV (Ball Valve) Loader - This rear end loader works very similar to the G1 loader, the main difference is that it uses a ball to block the exit hole whilst the G1 works with a metal flap and utilises the same built in trigger design.
